Craig Lervick

Craig Lervick is a Shareholder at Larkin Hoffman and currently chairs the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. They possess extensive experience as a technology and intellectual property attorney, assisting businesses with patent and trademark pursuits, trade secret protection, and the management of intangible assets. Craig has also served as a Partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly from 2000 to 2008 and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School since 2025. Prior to their role at Larkin Hoffman, Craig worked as a Patent Clerk at Honeywell and held various positions including Development Engineer and Attorney. They earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
