Matthew Resch is a Corporate & M&A Attorney at Larkin Hoffman, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and general corporate law. They guide companies through all phases of their life cycle, working on transactions ranging from $1MM to over $300M. Matthew has over fifteen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and real estate transactions, previously serving as General Counsel at Gartner Companies and co-founding 45 Degrees Legal. Educated at St. Olaf College and Hamline University School of Law, they are passionate about serving clients and facilitating positive change. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with family and engaging in sailing and skiing activities.
