Jason Wade

Jason Wade has extensive work experience in the field of biotherapeutics and pharmaceutical research. Jason is currently serving as an Associate Director at Laronde since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pfizer for several years in various roles. At Pfizer, they served as a Principal Scientist from May 2020 to April 2022, specializing in protein expression, purification, and high throughput screening. Jason also had the role of High Throughput Purification Scientist from July 2014 to May 2020, where they gained experience in molecular biology and biophysical characterization techniques. Before joining Pfizer, Jason worked as a Scientist - Molecular Discovery at Pfizer Research Ireland from January 2008 to July 2014. Their early career includes a research position as a postgraduate student at the Biochemistry Department of the University College Cork, where they worked on purifying Rab GTPases. Jason also gained experience as a QC Analyst at Novartis Ringaskiddy Ltd., where they performed quality analysis of drug substances.
