Steve Browne

Steve Browne, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1995 as an HR Manager for AR Industries, Inc. Steve provided direction and leadership in all HR areas, including employee relations, safety, and HR process improvement. In 1997, Browne joined CDS Associates, Inc. as the Director of HR until 2006, overseeing HR functions for the company. Since 2006, Browne has been involved with LaRosa's Pizzeria, Inc., initially as the Executive Director of HR until 2018 when they became the Vice President of HR. Currently, Browne holds the position of Chief People Officer, focusing on fostering a people-first culture and providing strategic leadership for all HR functions within the organization.

Steve Browne, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Interpersonal Communications from Ohio University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In 2014, Browne also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
