Julie Charles

Julie Charles is an experienced professional in photography and pastry arts, currently serving as a photographer at Rustica since September 2018 and as a pastry chef at Les Mésanges Bleues since February 2021. With a strong background in culinary photography, Julie has worked independently since June 2012, providing services to clients such as Hachette Livre and Éditions Larousse. Additional roles include contributions to MAGAZINE ZESTE and Paulette Magazine, among others. Julie holds a CAP in pâtisserie from Atelier de Stéphane and a diploma in photography from EFET.
