Michael Y. Liu, CFA, has over a decade of experience in the finance industry, currently serving as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities since February 2011, specializing as an ABS and CDO Trader. Prior roles at Guggenheim include Director, Vice President, and Associate, all within the same trading focus. Before joining Guggenheim, Michael worked as an Analyst at Citadel LLC from July 2008 to February 2011 and as a Research Analyst at Brighton House Associates in mid-2007. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2009.
