Fred Stemme

Fred Stemme, CAE, is an experienced financial planner currently at Larson Financial since August 2022. Previously, Fred served as Chief Operating Officer for the National Corn Growers Association from 2005 to November 2021, leading a 30-person headquarters team and revitalizing Action Teams with considerable stakeholder engagement. As Vice President of Marketing & Operations and later Vice President of Marketing, Fred enhanced member services, fundraising, and event management, achieving significant growth in funding and membership. Additionally, Fred developed a financial coaching program as a volunteer leader and has held the position of Director of Communications & Marketing at the Missouri Corn Growers Association, contributing to various communication initiatives. Fred began a career in sales as a representative for American Cyanamid. Fred holds a BS in Agricultural Economics and a Certificate in Financial Planning.
