Daniel Obbink

A graduate of Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, Daniel Obbink joined Larson Gross in 2010 following a decade of experience in public accounting with a large West Coast firm. Today, he serves as an owner and the firm’s Audit and Attests Director, overseeing all financial statement services they deliver.

Daniel is highly experienced in financial statements and specializes in serving large enterprises and complex entity structures. He also serves as the relationship owner and main point of client service for the firm’s largest manufacturing clients, understanding the industry nuances, challenges, and financial opportunities.

In addition to his financial statement expertise, he specializes in the valuation of closely-held business interests for purposes of litigation support (marriage dissolutions and shareholder suits), estate planning and taxation, and financial reporting purposes. He has been involved in business valuations for several years.
