John Murphy

John Murphy has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both the military and civilian sectors. As a Machinist at LaRue Tactical since February 2021, John applies skills acquired during a decade of service in the US Army, where John held the rank of Sergeant First Class and served as an Observer, Controller, Trainer, and Squad Leader. Prior to this, John worked in various roles including Senior Sales Manager at Cintas and Sales/Recruiter at Progressive Personnel. Additionally, John has been actively involved as a volunteer at R.O.C.K., focusing on therapeutic horsemanship for children with disabilities since January 2016. John's experience in firearms sales and transfers at Bass Pro Shops from April 2015 to April 2016 further complements a multifaceted career. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Texas A&M University and additional coursework at Austin Community College and Del Mar College.
