At Las Pacheco Consulting, we are dedicated to supporting marginalized communities in achieving their higher education dreams through personalized coaching and holistic college admissions guidance.

We strive to incorporate and elevate the transformational aspects of this journey by facilitating spaces for self-reflection, personal growth, and self-assurance.

We are an Afro-Caribbean woman-founded and run small business led by three sisters. As first-generation immigrants who arrived in the US as young kids, our family's guiding north star was our education.

Now, as college graduates, we want to support the next generation of students and their families in navigating the complex and often overwhelming college admissions process
