Rian Powell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruiting, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Learning and Development at LaSalle Network since June 2011. In this role, Rian focuses on enhancing organizational culture and leadership through tailored learning initiatives. Prior to this position, Rian held various significant roles within LaSalle Network, including Sr. Director of Recruiting and Director of Recruiting for Accounting & Finance and Supply Chain, contributing to the firm's success in connecting candidates with opportunities across diverse industries.
