Anthony R. is a financial services professional with over 19 years of cross-asset operations experience in both Traditional Finance and Digital Assets. Currently serving as the Head of Operations in Japan at Laser Digital, Nomura Group, they have previously held leadership roles including Head of Operations at Menai Financial Group and Head of Middle Office and Treasury Management at Liquid.
