John Schmall

John Schmall is the Chief Development Officer at LaserAway, overseeing real estate, construction, and facilities with a budget of over $35 million and more than 160 retail locations. They have a strong background in the retail industry, having previously held positions such as Director of Real Estate at Bath & Body Works and roles at L Brands, where they were responsible for economic and lease negotiations. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Dayton and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati. They actively contribute to the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio as a member of the Strategic Initiatives Committee.
