Peter Lean possesses extensive experience in maintenance management and technical sales within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Starting as a Maintenance Supervisor at Comalco Rolled Products, Peter progressed through various roles, including Maintenance Manager at Austral Brick and Pipes and State Sales Manager at Australian Lifting Centre, where responsibilities included developing distributor networks for specialized equipment. Notably, as Group Maintenance Manager for Hi-Quality Group, Peter led a team in maintaining plant safety and efficiency across multiple sites. Peter further honed expertise as Plant Maintenance Manager at Boral Roofing, emphasizing compliance with health and safety regulations and project management. Currently, Peter serves as Technical Sales Manager for LaserBond Limited, bringing a comprehensive background of technical knowledge and leadership in maintenance engineering and sales. Peter holds a Fitter and Machinist Trade Certificate and an Associate Diploma in Project Management from Charles Sturt University.
