Currently serving as CEO and Executive Director at LaserBond Limited since January 1994, Wayne has a proven track record in driving organizational success. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and Project Manager at ACI Insulation from 1989 to 1994, and Electrical Engineer at the Electricity Commission of NSW between 1984 and 1989. Wayne holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney, earned in 1994, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from UNSW Australia.
