Marc Höffl

Marc Höffl has a long and varied career in the tech industry. Marc began their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer for Softwareschmiede Höffl GmbH. In 2007, they became a Freelance Web Developer and Online Marketing Consultant. From 2008 to 2018, they worked for Roche Diagnostics in various roles, including IT Consultant, SAP ERP, Student Employee, and IT CRM North America. In 2016, they became a Freelance Fullstack Developer and in 2017, they joined nearForm as a Fullstack Developer. In 2018, they were Engineering Manager for Localytics. In 2014, they founded Gambify GmbH, and in 2019 they became CTO & Co-Founder of Laserfocus Inc.

Marc Höffl attended Y Combinator as part of the W20 cohort. Marc then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in ICT Innovation - Cloud Computing from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in ICT Innovation - Cloud Computing from Technische Universität Berlin from 2014 to 2016. Marc began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics from Cooperative State University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Training the Trainer certification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in April 2011 and a Business English Certificates (BEC) Vantage certification from the University of Cambridge in November 2010.
