Matthew Laker

Matthew Laker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew is currently serving as the VP of Operations at Lashbrook since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of BPO Operations at MetaSource from 2015 to 2017.

Before joining MetaSource, Matthew held various roles at 3form, a company they worked with for ten years. Matthew served as the Operations Manager from 2012 to 2015, the Engineering and Maintenance Manager from 2009 to 2012, and the Quality Assurance Manager from 2005 to 2009.

Matthew's career began at ATL Technology, LLC, where they worked as a Design Engineer and Product Manager from 2000 to 2003. Matthew then joined Lashbrook, working in the Engineering and R&D department from 2003 to 2005.
