We help lash artist grow their business. We ran our award-winning lash salon in Southern California for 13 years and in 2019 we decided to shift our focus to help lash artist achieve their dreams by building a busy and profitable business. 

Tussanee and Paul Luebbers co-host the most influential lash podcast, LashCast. 

They also co-founded The LashConference (AKA LashCon) the largest lash business conference in the world. In the last two years, almost 700 people have attended this lash conference that focuses specifically on business.
