Most recruiters learn about manufacturing from the outside. We learned it from the inside.

Our founder spent 35 years in food and automotive manufacturing — starting on the shop floor and advancing through senior leadership across operations, supply chain, safety, maintenance, human resources, and continuous improvement. That journey included building and leading teams at world-class organizations such as Siemens Automotive and Starbucks Roasting & Packaging.

That foundation is what makes us different.

When we evaluate a candidate, we're not reading a resume through a generalist lens. We understand what it takes to lead a production floor, navigate a supply chain disruption, build a safety culture from the ground up, or sustain a LEAN transformation beyond the initial push. We've done those things. That lived experience allows us to assess talent with a level of precision that most recruiting firms simply cannot offer.

We know the pressures you're facing because we've sat in your seat.

In 2025, we formally entered the recruiting space, and in 2026 committed to it full-time — bringing decades of operational credibility to every search we conduct. We specialize in placing manufacturing leaders across operations, supply chain, continuous improvement, safety, maintenance, and human resources.

Whether you're a growing manufacturer searching for leaders who can make an impact from day one, or an experienced professional ready for your next challenge, we build relationships rooted in trust, industry knowledge, and a genuine understanding of what great looks like.

We don't just fill roles. We understand the work behind them.
