Heather Thacker

Heather Thacker is a seasoned professional in property management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Lasso Capital since April 2022, and previously held the role of Director of Property Management. Prior to that, Heather worked as Regional Manager at M. Shapiro Real Estate Group for a brief period in early 2022. A significant portion of Heather's career was spent at YES! Communities from September 2012 to January 2022, where roles included District Manager, Field Manager, Community Manager, and Community Relations Specialist. In these positions, Heather successfully led diverse regions, managed new home in-fill projects, improved net operating income (NOI), and effectively trained new hires on various software and company procedures. Heather holds a degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
