Customer Success Manager at LastPass

Dennis Lam has extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Dennis currently works at LastPass as a Customer Success Manager, where they focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers. Their responsibilities include resolving conflicts, identifying customer needs, and delivering positive outcomes. Prior to LastPass, Dennis worked at LogMeIn as a Resolutions Specialist, where they excelled in securing new contracts and improving customer retention rates. Dennis also mentored team members in this role. Before LogMeIn, Dennis was with Vivint Smart Home as an Account Manager, specializing in customer retention and loyalty. Dennis also has experience working with the Ministry of Education in Singapore, where they served as the Head of People Developer and School Staff Developer. In addition, Dennis has held roles as a Retail Director at Double Tree Retail, an Head of Department at the Ministry of Education, and a Head of Academic at Our Lady of Lourdes School. Early in their career, they worked at the Polynesian Cultural Center as a Lead Guide for foreign tours.

Dennis Lam has a diverse education history. Dennis completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Brigham Young University–Hawaii in 1991. During the same period, they also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communication, General from the same university. In 1997, Dennis pursued further studies and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.

In 2001, Dennis enrolled in The Australian National University and successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2002. Alongside their formal education, Dennis has also sought additional certifications to enhance their professional skills and expertise. Dennis received certifications such as the School Excellence Model from SPRING Singapore in September 2015, Employment of Technology in Teaching Pedagogy from the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) in June 2012, Professional Learning Communities in Education from MOE in November 2011, Learning Teams in Education from MOE in July 2009, Action Learning from Inquiring Learning in April 2008, and Voluntary Special Constabulary, Inspector (Schools) from the Singapore Police Force in May 2001.
