Gábor Hoffer

Gábor Hoffer has a strong background in design and user experience (UX). Gábor is currently the Senior Director of UX at LastPass, where they lead the UX team and focuses on hiring the best talent, creating a mature UX practice, and fostering partnerships with other departments. Prior to LastPass, Gábor worked as the Director of UX at GoTo from 2019 to 2021. Gábor also gained significant experience at Prezi, where they held various roles including Director of Design, Lead Product Designer, Senior Product Designer, and Designer. Additionally, Gábor worked as a Designer at Co&Co Designcommunication and as a Design Tools lecturer at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest. Outside of the design field, they briefly worked as a Mathematics teacher at Kittenberger Kálmán Általános Iskola and as a Mathematics and IT teacher trainee at Leőwey Klára High School, Pecs.

Gábor Hoffer's education history is as follows:

From 2010 to 2013, Gábor attended MOME Budapest, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design. However, the degree remained unfinished.

Prior to that, Gábor attended the University of Pécs from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they completed a Bachelor's degree in IT Teaching.

Gábor also pursued another Bachelor's degree from 2001 to 2006 at the University of Pécs, this time in Computer and Information Sciences, General.

Before their university studies, Gábor attended Leőwey Klára High School in Pécs from 1997 to 2001. During this period, they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science.

Lastly, from 1989 to 1997, Gábor attended Tinódi Lantos Sebestyén Általános Iskola Szigetvár, where they studied Music.

In terms of additional certifications, Gábor obtained the HireBest Mastery Program Expert certification from Aesop Partners in April 2020.
