István Barna

István Barna has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. István is currently working at LastPass as an Engineering Manager since July 2022. Prior to that, from January 2022 to July 2022, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at LastPass. Before joining LastPass, István worked at LogMeIn (LastPass) as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2021 to December 2021. István also has experience as a Frontend Developer at X2X Media Group from January 2021 to August 2021. István's earlier work includes a role as a Frontend Developer (contractor) at Andrews IT Engineering Ltd. where they contributed to a security operations center software using the React Javascript framework from March 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, István gained experience as a Project Leader and Developer for UHire, a university/startup project aimed at developing an intelligent Applicant Tracking System, from April 2018 to March 2019.

István Barna attended Corvinus University of Budapest from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Economics.
