Jordan Girman

VP Of User Experience at LastPass

Jordan Girman has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience and design. Jordan currently holds the position of VP of User Experience at LastPass since November 2022. Previously, they co-founded Doma Cycle in 2017 and was involved in driving the UX strategy and design. Jordan also worked as the Sr Director of User Experience - Head of Design, Threat Detection & Response at Cisco from October 2021 to November 2022.

Earlier in their career, Girman served as the Sr. Director of Product Design at Glassdoor, where they led the strategic design vision and execution of Glassdoor's product suite. Jordan also led a full UX team of designers and researchers. Prior to that, they were the Director of User Experience and Design at Mobify, where they drove the UX strategy and design for Mobify's Progressive Mobile solutions.

Girman also gained significant experience at Electronic Arts (EA), where they held roles such as Group User Experience Director and User Experience Director. In these positions, they led UX strategy and design for EA's web properties and game franchises, including NHL and UFC.

Before their time at EA, Girman worked at UX Guys, now Levitate Digital, as a Lead User Experience Architect. Jordan focused on digital strategy development, information architecture, and interaction design. Jordan also provided operational leadership and business development for the company.

Girman began their career at Critical Mass, where they worked in multiple roles on the Mercedes-Benz account. Jordan started as a Product Specialist, ensuring accuracy and understanding of the product line. Jordan later moved into Information Architecture, organizing the product and site structure.

Throughout their career, Girman has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in UX strategy, design, and research.

From 1994 to 1998, Jordan Girman attended The University of Winnipeg, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
