Matt Hamilton

Matt Hamilton currently serves as Principal of Strategy & Operations at LastPass since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Operations for Gusto Embedded and Senior Operations Manager at Gusto from 2018 to July 2025. Earlier in his career, Matt held multiple leadership and strategy roles in the U.S. Army from 2008 to 2016. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business (2016-2018), a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology (2012-2013), and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Arabic Language and Literature from the United States Military Academy at West Point (2004-2008).
