Michael Klein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael started their career at Borders as an Assistant Manager and gained experience in leadership and management. Michael then moved on to Oxford International, where they worked as a Team Lead, managing a team of sales reps while also growing their own client portfolio.

Afterwards, Klein joined TripAdvisor as a Telesales Executive, where they provided consultation and tools to mid-sized properties in New England to increase their exposure and drive direct bookings. Michael later transitioned to an Account Executive role at TripAdvisor, where they maintained client relationships and ensured hotels maximized their use of marketing solutions. In their final role at TripAdvisor, they served as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on larger scale clients and hotel groups in the Americas.

Klein then joined LogMeIn as an Outbound AM for LastPass, a cloud-based password management solution for businesses. Michael later became a Corporate Account Executive, covering LogMeIn's full range of cloud-based SaaS solutions for a portfolio of accounts. Finally, they assumed the role of an Enterprise Account Executive, promoting growth of the install base through upselling, cross-selling, retention, and prospecting for new opportunities.

Currently, Klein is employed at LastPass as a Team Lead - Enterprise Sales, leading a team focused on enterprise sales.

Michael Klein is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management at Harvard University starting in 2022. Prior to this, they attended Boston University, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Additionally, Michael Klein also studied Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
