Michael Zwecker

Michael Zwecker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Michael currently holds the position of Head of Content Design at LastPass, where they began in June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Principal UX Writer from January 2022 to June 2022.

Before joining LastPass, Michael worked at LogMeIn from 2007 to 2019. During their time there, they held various roles including Senior Product Manager and User Assistance, Senior Manager (Documentation, Localization). In the latter role, they were responsible for overseeing the documentation and localization functions, introducing DITA XML and implementing benchmark localization procedures.

Michael's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Documentation Specialist at Euronet Worldwide from 1999 to 2007, and as an Instructional Designer at American International Group from 1996 to 1998.

Michael Zwecker attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Management. Prior to that, they attended The University of Georgia, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided.
