Terry Murphy

Terry Murphy has an extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Terry started as VP Treasurer and Controller at Leasing Solutions, where they established banking relationships and managed financial solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Terry then worked as VP Finance at Covad Communications, overseeing successful IPOs, stock offerings, and bond offerings. Terry later joined Sigma Networks as VP Finance, raising significant capital and establishing vendor debt facilities. Following this, they served as Chief Financial Officer at GoBeam, a Saas VOIP company, and Liveops, a Saas platform and hosted call center company. Terry's responsibilities included managing financial operations, overseeing revenue growth, and implementing ERP systems. Terry then became Chief Financial Officer at Luminate Inc, a digital media company acquired by Yahoo, and Whitehat Security, a B2B Security Saas provider acquired by NTT Security. Terry's most recent roles include Chief Financial Officer at Kenna Security, Qualio, and currently at LastPass. In these positions, Terry has been responsible for financial management and strategic decision-making.

Terry Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting, from San Francisco State University. Additionally, Terry has obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California institution.
