Florian Austerer is currently the Head of Reward at LAT Nitrogen, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Director of HR Operations for Europe and the Americas at SEMPERIT AG from 2022 to 2024 and were the Head of Global Reward and Global Mobility at Hilti Group from 2014 to 2019. Florian has also held roles at T-Mobile Austria as VP of HR Personnel Management and as a lecturer at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2016. They hold Master's degrees in Law and International Business Administration from the Universität Wien, where they studied from 1994 to 2001.
