Matt McLean

Matt McLean has a long and varied work history. Matt started their career in 1999 at NewSeasons Assisted Living Communities as a Server/Dishwasher. In 2001, they moved to Hollywood Video as a Shift Lead. In 2003, they began working at St. John's College as a Math Assistant and Cashier/Pizza Chef/Line Cook. In 2005, they joined Ben & Jerry's as an Ice Cream Scooper/Cashier/Shift Lead/Manager. In 2006, they joined Apple as a Genius and Specialist. In 2014, they began working at Medidata Solutions as an Information Systems Engineer, Enterprise Support Engineer, and Senior Enterprise Support Specialist. Finally, in 2021, they joined Latacora as a Security Engineer.

Matt McLean obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from St. John's College between 2003 and 2007. Matt also holds certifications from Apple, Sumo Logic, Zendesk, and CompTIA, which they obtained in 2009, 2019, 2018, and 2014 respectively.
