Ed's roles include serving as an Airport Agent handling passenger services and operational functions, and participating in the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention and Safety. Previously, Ed worked as an Auxiliar Executivo at GOL Linhas Aéreas. Ed's educational background spans multiple institutions with degrees in International Relations and International Political Science from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, alongside sustainability studies at the Instituto Brasileiro de Sustentabilidade. Additional training includes various courses in language studies and aviation, with a focus on sustainability and safety within the aeronautics field.
