Investment Focus: Founded in 2024, we are committed to identifying and investing in early-stage software companies across all LATAM countries. Our focus encompasses a wide array of software solutions, including SaaS, cloud computing, mobile applications, and enterprise software. Ideal candidates are companies with a proven track record of success in their local markets, showing signs of maturity and scalability. Our goal is to build a diversified portfolio of companies poised for rapid growth and expansion into the U.S. market.

Support Resources: Beyond financial investment, LatAmplify Ventures will provide portfolio companies with invaluable resources, including legal support through our connection with GNS Law, and mentoring from our experienced management team and network of industry professionals. This holistic support system is designed to address the unique challenges of U.S. market entry, from regulatory compliance to customer acquisition and scaling.

Exit Strategy: While our exit strategies will be tailored to the growth trajectory and market realities of each portfolio company, we remain open to various outcomes, including acquisition and IPO, as opportunities for providing returns to our investors and founders.

Management Team: Our team brings a wealth of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and the software industry, ensuring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by LATAM companies entering the U.S. market.
