Latam Retreats is Ecuador’s first Retreat Management Company for Latin America. We design and operate transformative retreats that blend wellbeing, nature, and living culture with a regenerative, BIC approach: every journey creates value for people, communities, and place.

We co-create with local hosts and certified facilitators, honor ancestral knowledge, reduce waste, and prioritize local supply chains. We track and publish impact indicators (local purchasing, waste avoided/recycled, inclusion & decent work) with full transparency.

What we do:
• End-to-end retreat management (design, logistics, operations).
• Custom programs for coaches, brands & companies (wellbeing offsites).
• Experiences in LATAM from Mexico to Chile.
• Venue, guide & supplier curation with sustainability standards.

As a BIC company, purpose is embedded in our bylaws: we pursue measurable social & environmental impact alongside business results. If you’re a coach, agency, or brand, partner with us to deliver retreats that transform people and benefit communities.
