James Reilly

James Reilly is the CEO and Founder of Latent Knowledge since September 2019. James is currently working as a Researcher in the Life Science program at the United States Military Academy at West Point since September 2021. James also serves as a Board of Trustee member for the Cosmopolitan Soccer League since July 2020. James worked as an Entrepreneurial Lead at I-Corps Hub Northeast Region from February 2023 to May 2023. Additionally, James has experience as a Research Consultant at GE Research from March 2021 to May 2021 and as a Biotechnology Consultant at Libra 2 - family office investment vehicle from October 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Scientist and Committee Member at the United States Military Academy at West Point from October 2015 to November 2019. James also worked as a Research Coordinator and Research Assistant at The Geneva Foundation from March 2016 to November 2019. James has also been an Athlete for USA Triathlon from 2008 to 2018 and worked as a Sport Psychology Coach in a Private Practice from September 2015 to February 2016.

James Reilly completed their education as follows:

- From 2013 to 2015, they attended Boston University and earned a Master of Education degree.

- From 2015 to 2017, they studied at the United States Military Academy at West Point with a focus on Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microscopy, and the Interaction of Light and Matter. James did not mention completing a specific degree during this period.

- In 2017, they continued their studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, specializing in Mechanical Thermodynamics for an unspecified degree.

- In 2016, they participated in the Professional Education Program on Formulation and Stabilization of Biotherapeutics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

- From 2009 to 2013, they attended Western Colorado University and obtained two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and the other in Psychology.

Additionally, James Reilly holds several certifications. In 2016, they became a National Certified Phlebotomy Technician through the American Medical Technologists. More recently, in 2020 and 2021, they obtained two certifications: Other Key Staff - Basic/Refresher and Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR), both from the CITI Program, a Division of BRANY.
