Rajan Sethuraman

Rajan Sethuraman is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO and Chief People Officer at LatentView Analytics. Previously, Rajan held multiple leadership roles at Accenture, including Vice President of Learning & Talent Development in the Infrastructure Services sector, Client Services Lead for the Health & Public Service Industry Group, and Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics within Accenture Technology in India. Rajan's career also includes a position as Director of Business Advisory & Forensic Services at KPMG and Senior Manager at Accenture, along with foundational experience as a Senior Systems Associate at NIIT. Rajan holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
