Sloan Ferguson is currently working as a Customer Happiness Specialist at Later since November 2022. Previously, from November 2021 to October 2022, Sloan worked as an Enterprise and Technical Support Specialist at Trainerize. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Sloan studied Anthropology at Capilano University. In terms of additional certifications, Sloan obtained a Later Product Pro Certification from Later in November 2022.
