Matt Bennett

Matt Bennett is a seasoned legal recruiter currently serving as the Director at Lateral Link. With a significant background in labor and employment law as an Associate Attorney at Jackson Lewis P.C. and Snell & Wilmer, they have also held leadership roles, including Vice President of Recruiting at De Novo. Matt began their legal career as a Legal Intern at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, and has demonstrated a commitment to the field through various roles, including as General Counsel at Ebanista, Inc. They earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Occidental College.
