Michael Allen has extensive work experience in the legal field. Michael started their career in 2003 as an Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Irell & Manella LLP as an Attorney, before transitioning to their role as Chief Executive Officer at Lateral Link later that year.
Michael Allen attended UC San Diego from 1997 to 2001, earning a B.A. degree in PoliSci & Econ with summa cum laude honors. Later, they studied at Harvard Law School from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a J.D. degree cum laude, specializing in Law.
