Fernando Genghini

Fernando Genghini is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Pfizer, Fernando leads end-to-end solution engineering for a global project while guiding Development and QA teams. Previously, at Supertab, Fernando played a key role in developing a micropayment system utilizing Python, FastAPI, and Postgres on AWS ECS. As Chief Software Architect for Crossover for Work, Fernando led the acquisition of a Digital Asset Management software company. Prior experience includes working as a Software Architect at CI&T, where responsibilities included client liaison, code quality assurance, and implementation of CI processes. Earlier roles also encompassed Development Team Lead at Associação Educacional Prudentina, overseeing internal applications and infrastructure, and as a Developer at PB.COM Comunicação e Marketing. Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and a technical degree in Computer Science from Colégio Dom Pedro II.
