James Nicholson

James Nicholson has over 20 years of work experience in communications, public relations, and media. James began their career in 1999 as an Information Officer for Claydon Gescher Associates. In 2001, they joined Burson-Marsteller (China) as an Associate, where they worked on and led all elements of PR accounts. In 2003, they became Editor-in-Chief at BDL Media, creating, developing, and managing a technology news-site for China. In 2004, they moved to Hill & Knowlton China as a Consultant, handling extensive media relations for Hewlett-Packard in China. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Director at Wolf Group Asia, developing clients' internal and external communications across Asia. In 2016, they joined Text100 as an Account Director. In 2017, they became Vice President & Head of Operations and then Vice President at Kite Hill PR. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as Head Of Communications at LaterPay.

James Nicholson attended Abingdon Boys School, Oxfordshire from 1987 to 1994. James then went on to obtain an MA in Literae Humaniores (Classics) from the University of Oxford between 1995 and 1999.
