Malur Narayan

Malur Narayan is an accomplished technology executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO and Cofounder of XTRIUM since January 2025. Finely tuned in materials and applications, Malur also holds advisory roles at Latimer, where strategic focus is on inclusive AI for education, healthcare, and financial inclusion, and at Qintess and Spearhead, providing guidance in enterprise AI strategies. Previous experiences include cofounding Cache AI and Strides AI, where significant contributions were made in developing AI technologies for athletes and promoting leadership connectivity among diverse leaders. Malur spent over a decade at Tata Consultancy Services, leading initiatives in emerging technology, AI, and sustainability, alongside responsibilities across various executive positions. Academic credentials include an MBA from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a Master’s in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from Western University, among other educational achievements.
