The Latinx Practice Collective elevates Latinx Clinical Entrepreneurs providing a public directory, resources, marketing avenues, mentorship opportunities, and a community helping Latinx clinicians develop a CEO mindset and build a profitable and sustainable private practice.

WHAT IS THE COLLECTIVE?
Welcome to the Latinx Practice Collective! We’re here to help Latinx private practice owners like you grow your practice con confianza. We get it – your training was all about being an amazing clinician, not a business owner. That’s where we come in. Our Collective is all about helping you shift from seeing yourself as just a clinician to embracing your role as a business owner.

We know that making this shift can feel overwhelming. Maybe you're wondering how to handle the business side of things, or you’re not sure where to start with marketing and finances. Perhaps you're struggling to balance client care with running a practice. You’re not alone. In the Latinx Practice Collective, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Our goal is to make this transition smoother and more enjoyable, providing you with practical tools and a supportive comunidad that understands your journey.

WHO IS THE COLLECTIVE FOR?
The collective is for private practice owners who self identify as part of the Latinx community. It’s for those on their entrepreneurial journey. And especially those who may be the first in their family to pursue such endeavors.
