Latitude is the AI Transition Partner for companies looking to move beyond AI experiments into a state of true AI maturity. While many organizations have the internal talent to evolve, they often lack the time, bandwidth, and specialized experience to execute a full-scale transformation while maintaining their daily operations.

Our mission is to bring your AI strategy to life by managing the three critical pillars of transformation: People, Process, and Infrastructure. We don't just deliver a tool and leave; we lead your teams through the entire transition.

We act as a deeply integrated partner to provide the momentum you need today. However, our ultimate goal is to move the organization toward full independence. We slowly transition knowledge and ownership, leaving behind a team and a foundation that are fully AI-mature and built for the future. Not because organizations cannot do it themselves, but because we provide the dedicated focus they need to get there faster.

We guide our clients through a proven, structured framework to ensure every AI investment yields measurable results

▸ Explore: We form a sharp vision, analyze your specific data and tech stack, and create a validated roadmap of prioritized AI opportunities.

▸ Build: We lay the technical foundation and build the first working versions of your most important use cases, ensuring the infrastructure and team knowledge are ready for growth.

▸ Scale: We move from POCs to organization-wide rollout, focusing on internal training, continuous optimization, and maximizing impact across the business.

We have a proven track record of leading AI transformations for major organizations and household names, including Adidas, Schiphol, VodafoneZiggo, Talpa, NPO, and Dayes.

At Latitude, we don't just help you experiment with AI, we build the infrastructure, teams, and processes you need to lead your team into the future.
