Lars Bergmann is the Executive Vice President Digital Services and a Group Management Member at DeLaval, where they lead the global Digital Services unit and oversee farm management software, cloud-based services, on-farm IoT connectivity, DevOps, and data/AI initiatives. They served on the boards of Dairy Data Warehouse (DDW) from 2017 to 2021 and Lattec I/S, and chaired UNIFORM-Agri in 2021. They have been a member of the NEOCORTEC Board since 2015. Earlier in their career they held senior Nokia roles, including VP, Portfolio Planning & Technology Management for Symbian Devices R&D and Director, R&D Strategy & Planning, leading large teams and driving efficiency and major change programs. They hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from DTU (1985–1988), a Mini-MBA from Probana (2011), and are pursuing IMD's Leading Digital Business Transformation program (2024–Present).
