Mark Jensen

Mark Jensen is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair for Lattice Semiconductor Corporation, as well as Exabeam, Inc., and has previously held similar roles at ForeScout Technologies, Inc., Control4 Corporation, and Unwired Planet, Inc. Active in corporate governance, Jensen served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Corporate Directors-Colorado Chapter from 2013 to 2019. With extensive experience in audit and enterprise risk services at Deloitte LLP and as a former CFO at Redleaf Group, Jensen has been an influential figure in the technology sector. They are a certified public accountant licensed in Colorado and California and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Education at Metropolitan State College of Denver and Colorado State University, respectively.
