Customer Care Specialist at Lattice

Daniel Loza has a diverse work experience starting as a Barista at Voyager Craft Coffee in 2017. Daniel later worked as a Content Editor Intern at PlayLoops in 2018. In 2019, they served as a Content Operations Strategist at TouchPal before transitioning to Saratoga Area Senior Coordinating Council (SASCC) as an RYDE Coordinator, where they managed day-to-day operations, trained new drivers, conducted market research, and provided transportation services for elderly clients. Daniel then joined Edpuzzle in 2020 as a Customer Support Agent, where they administered high-quality customer support and maintained a high satisfaction rate. Currently, Daniel is at Lattice, where they hold the position of a Customer Care Associate II and will soon become a Senior Customer Care Associate starting in 2023.

Daniel Loza attended San Jose State University from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, with a minor in Applied Computing for Behavioral and Social Sciences.
