Dina Deng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dina started their career as a Designer and Research Intern at Responsive Health in 2016, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining the company's website. In 2017, Dina worked as a Web Developer Intern at American Greetings, focusing on converting electronic cards for one of the company's card brands.
In 2018, they joined Xerox as a Frontend Developer & Marketing Automation Cloud Intern. In this role, they designed and developed personalized web, email, and survey templates for cross-media campaigns using JavaScript and AngularJS. Dina also integrated additional features and directions into campaigns to enhance user experience.
Dina then joined Rochester Institute of Technology, where they held various roles. As a Recreational and Equipment Cage Attendant, they managed the equipment cage and answered facility-related questions. Dina also served as a RIT Notetaker, providing notes to death, death-blind, and hard-of-hearing students. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Office Assistant and Teaching Assistant, assisting professors in the preparation class and performing general office duties.
In 2020, Dina joined Consumer Edge as a Frontend Engineer. During their time there, they transitioned a product to a new user interface, built data visualizations using the Highcharts.js library, and developed a content management tool for the data analyst team.
Currently, Dina is working as a Software Engineer at Lattice, starting in 2021.
Dina Deng completed their Bachelor of Science in New Media Interactive Development at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019.
