Jack Altman

Jack Altman is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Lattice, a San Francisco-based software company that makes software for performance management and employee engagement. In the 5 years since being founded, Lattice has grown to 150 employees and over 1,800 customers such as Slack, Asana, Pinterest, and Cruise.

Prior to launching Lattice, Jack was the VP of Business and Corporate Development at Teespring, an e-commerce platform. Jack was also an early stage venture capital investor in companies like Opendoor, Flexport, and PlanGrid. Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton.
