Rob Armstrong

Rob Armstrong is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Lattice, where the focus is on developing an HRIS that supports HR professionals. Armstrong also provides strategic guidance as an Advisor at Venteur, Inc. and held roles at Mainstay as Engineering Consultant and Head of Engineering during its spin-out from Opendoor. Previous experience includes Senior Director of Software Engineering at Opendoor, where Armstrong led an incubated startup, and Director of Software Engineering at Dropbox, overseeing teams for API infrastructure and product development. Armstrong's career began at DreamWorks Animation, progressing from Software Engineer to Engineering Manager.
