Sven Elfgren

Sven Elfgren is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Lattice since September 2020, overseeing the Talent product suite and managing a portfolio of enterprise products with a team of over 30 engineers. Previously, Sven held roles as Engineering Manager and Staff Software Engineer, significantly contributing to high-revenue product engineering teams. Before joining Lattice, Sven was a Senior Software Engineer and founding team member at SMRT Systems, which provides POS and business management solutions for the dry cleaning industry. Sven's early experience includes software development positions at Open Mind Svenska AB and Baversjo Software AB, as well as a Public Order Officer at G4S, and a Squad Leader in the Swedish Armed Forces. Sven holds an education from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
